SHIPPING
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand, as well as the UK and USA, and most of Europe.
We provide a delivery service, with tracking. Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation which includes tracking details. All LAGUNA co deliveries are sent to the "shipping address" location. The customer is responsible to ensure the shipping location is a safe and secure place. All of our packages have an “authority to leave” so please ensure you let us know if this is not suitable at your delivery address.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be dispatched, and then add on the shipping times.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours or up to 72 hours in busy periods.
Please send us an email if you are in urgent need of your order, so we can dispatch it as quickly as possible.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?
If your order is delayed or lost, the first step is to contact Australia Post for an update on your delivery. Sometimes, packages are just held up and will arrive soon!
If you’re still having trouble, send us an email with your order details, and we’ll do our best to help sort it out. We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We do not offer returns unless the item is deemed faulty. However, we do offer exchanges on all full-priced items.
All Sale items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, bikinis cannot be exchanged.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with your order details, and we will assist you.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM IF ITS THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR?
We make it easy for you to exchange your LAGUNA co items for a different size or a store credit.
If you are not happy with your item/s, you may return your order for a store credit or exchange within 5 business days of receiving. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition with tags still attached. If an item is returned in a unfit state, we will not accept the item and the return postage for the item is the customers responsibility.
The only exception is swimwear - which is not exchangeable.
To submit an exchange, please email info@lagunaco.com.au with your order number, the item that you wish to return and the reason for your returning for exchange/credit note. A location for returns will be emailed to you once confirmed. All postage associated with the return is the responsibility of the customer. If you believe that your item is faulty, you have 5 days to report this to us, for us to be able to asses the item.
Please check measurements and your size carefully on our size charts, as we are not always able to exchange items, due to not holding much stock. Stock sells out very quickly, so please be sure of the size that you have ordered.
Please note, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on the purchase of any promotional or sale items, purchases made on special offers or swimwear.
CAN I EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?
Sale items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@lagunaco.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue for assessment.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED?
We are unable to cancel an order once placed, as it is directly placed in the system and immediately loaded into our couriers system for on boarded for pickup. As we are unable to offer you a cancellation, please be sure of what you have purchased.
PRESALE
WHAT DOES PRE-SALE MEAN?
Pre-sale is sometimes offered after an initial drop sells out. Pre-sale orders are usually delivered within 4 weeks of order date. Please make sure that if you order pre-sale items, you understand that they are not in stock immediately. We offer pre-sale so that nobody misses out on ordering from each of our collections.
WHAT IF ONE OF MY ITEMS ARE PRESALE AND THE OTHER ISN'T?
If you have a presale item in your order, your whole order will be shipped out once the presale item has arrived to us. If you would like to receive the other item first, please send us an email and we can organise extra shipping.
IF I HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL MY PREORDER BE SENT QUICKER?
No unfortunately not. Express shipping only refers to the time the parcel takes from when it leaves our warehouse until when it arrives to you. We are not able to send out items until we have them on hand.

WHERE ARE MY LAGUNA DESIGNS MADE?
All of our items are designed in Melbourne Australia, and made overseas.
