Dispatch Timeframes:
-Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (business days).
-Please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched during promotional or busy periods.

Presale Orders:
If you have purchased an item that is "presale", it means that your item is not yet at our warehouse as it is currently in the stages of being made with love or sent to us. On the item that you have purchased it provides a rough estimate of when that product is due to be dispatched.
FAQS:
"What if one of my items is presale and the other isn't"
If you have any presale items in your order, your whole order will be shipped out once the presale item has arrived to us. If you would like to receive the other item first, you can email us and we can organise extra shipping.
"If I have express shipping will my order be sent out quicker?"
No unfortunately not. Express shipping only refers to the time the parcel takes from when it leaves our warehouse until when it arrives to you. We are not able to send out items unless we have them on hand.

-Once your order is dispatched, unfortunately we have no control over it. For tracking updates, please contact Australia Post directly.
-Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot make changes once your parcel has left our warehouse.
-Customers are responsible for tracking, receiving, and collecting their order from the courier provider.
-Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect details or non-collection can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
-All shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
